Precision Actuators

MecVel competence is demonstrated by the large number of customers of global importance such as TETRAPACK, POMAGALSKI, JOHNSON DIVERSEY, RENAULT, FIAT, CPS COLOR, COLORIANCE, Michelin, LEITNER, GENERAL ELECTRIC and many others.

The company basically deals with the design and assembly of precision actuators: keeps stock, in modern automated vertical storage systems, of all components ordered from sub-contractors who work the pieces to MecVel design, and assembles to order precision actuators, cylinders, screw jacks and gear-motors.

The high standards of quality to which it sticks with regards to materials, selection of suppliers, input and output controls are governed by the internal Quality System.

Although the production of the single components of the precision actuators is done outside by subcontractors, in the factory there are still a number of usual machines for a mechanical industry to be self-sufficient in case of emergencies or prototyping.

Precision actuators and jacks are often integrated in much more complex and sophisticated structures therefore all standard models shown in MecVel catalog can be adapted, modified and produced in a large number of versions.

Customers are monitored and supported throughout all phases of the design of the application and the selection of precision actuators, to be able to advise them the best solution both from a technical point of view and cost.

The intent of MecVel is to provide not only precision actuators but also a customer service to guide them in selecting and using his precision actuators and mechanical jacks.

The technical department never stops searching new solutions and designing new models of precision actuators: it will be shortly presented at the Hannover Fair in April 2007, the new family of actuators ALI5: 3 actuators in one! ! 3 different versions of the same electric cylinders are available to meet different needs in terms of size, speed (up to 250mm / s) and loads (up to 15kN).
