The product range offered by MecVel seated in Bologna is completed with the HT series screw jacks (traveling screw - size from 1 to 5) and HR (rotating screw – sizes 1...5), as well as with the gear motors ALI1-R, ALI2-R and ALI3-R.

The screw jacks offer themselves as valuable elements for the lifting with forces ranging from 5 to 100 kN and a number of gear ratios; gear boxes with maximum torques up to 30 Nm, and speeds of up to 1,000rpm.

We are talking about electronic drives for one or more actuators (synchronized and not). Among these, the card series called PF0014 + PF0015 include, toroidal transformer, and infrared remote receiver kit. The driver allows control of a bi-directional linear actuator motor 24V - 90W max, by the closure of two contacts (switches) with very low current (0.5 mA). For each direction of rotation the motor has a torque limiter which is triggered whenever the current exceeds a certain threshold, the thresholds are independently adjustable via two trimmer mounted on the internal adapter.

The driver with code PF0028 instead is for two actuators with 12V DC motor. The model MDC2-12V-10A allows bi-directional control with a total maximum current of 12 A. Four inputs control the motion and the direction of the actuators limit switches allow the stop of the four actuators in both directions, two independent adjustable current limit from 0.5 to 12 A, with two trimmers on the board (one per actuator) , allows blocking instead of movement according to supply. You can exclude the function “switches” and use only the current limitation and, vice versa, exclude the current limiting feature to use the only limit switching device.
