  • Mobile camp hospitals for civil protection and shelters: lifting from the ground and placement of shelters and advanced medical posts These operational structures act as first aid centres or as communication and control stations. MecVel has developed an automated lifting system from the ground, together with an auto-levelling system that intervenes in case of irregular ground. This application may have many purposes in the defence field. For example, it allows the container to lift up and down, easing the loading and unloading operations of military material on the ground, or a truck. in other cases, this system may be used to lift the container to a certain “security” level from the ground.
